Summer shoes are specially designed to meet safety requirements and provide comfort in the heat. All models are made of hydrophobic nubuck "5+" and "Cordura 1000d" - a heavy-duty special fabric. The outer summer material is "airnet" (3D mesh) - the lightest of the upper shoe materials. The inner summer material is a thin, soft, breathable mesh that provides comfort in the heat.
NUBUCK: coated with a hydrophobic agent that forms an ultra-thin, invisible protective layer that protects against water, dirt and has enhanced salt protection, allows the shoe to dry quickly after contact with water, the treated material remains breathable.
Cordura - 100% polyamide, has increased strength, flexibility and protective properties, high melting point (over 200°C), is waterproof and windproof, while allowing the foot to breathe (air leaves the shoe) and has the highest score on the wear resistance scale. Mesh: 100% polyester bulk material consisting of paralon and three-dimensional weaving mesh, forming holes of different sizes in the inner and outer layer, which ensures density, constant air circulation and provides shock absorption properties.
LINING: fabric with paralon (latex), fully glued seams that protect against moisture, insulating foam or breathable mesh (depending on the season), 4-layer membrane fabric.
SOLES AND INSOLES: due to its special shape, it absorbs shocks when moving on difficult terrain, made of TEP (thermoplastic elastomer) or can be two-component (PU + rubber), or rubber. The materials are durable and provide good grip, withstand high temperatures. The insole is four-layer, removable, anatomical, made of special "MEMORY" material, which has orthopedic characteristics.
TOE AND HEEL ZONES: reinforced with reinforced thermoplastic (Italy), the bikast is a leather covered with rubber, installed to protect the front and back of the boot. The boots are equipped with metal fasteners (hooks, loops). The tongue is made using the "pocket" method and is completely sewn to the part of the boot, which does not allow moisture to penetrate inside.
